The lights show was amazing my family enjoyed it, but customer service was trash, they give you a tour guide but after the 2nd room they disappeared. Not much interaction either, VR glitches, pointless other things that was not really interesting. I would not recommend this please especially for the cost. Not to mention how dirty the place was piss all over the toilet, trash over flow and it had a musky smell. Just overall not ideally what I imagined they sucker you into buying tickets, saying how nice it is then you get it it’s boring nothing fascinating at all.

Not worth the money 20 minutes of wasted time for the price, it is not worth it. Would not recommend going they only value their own kind no one else. I took my family for my wife and daughters birthday, over heard the manger say only if they are “Turkish” they get in for free anyone else has to pay. Then he laughed, I personally don’t think that is fair especially being in an area where there is a mixing pot of people and cultures. For them to say that while guests are around is just completely wrong.

Horrible experience, VR glitching guides leave you in the middle of the tour, the manager is snobby and rude. Definitely will not recommend.
